Amelia Irene is a boutique firm and as such we assume a limited number of weddings each year so that we are able to focus on the finest of details from the Save the Date to the Thank You Card and all of the details in between. We provide both catering and planning packages for weddings. Our wedding catering services are limited to intimate weddings when the guest count is under 100. Our design, planning and coordination packages provide experiences for all weddings small and large!

*Amelia Irene does not provide catering services when contracted for planning, design and day of execution management. We remove our chef coat and focus on “front of the house” for these packages. Rest assured, we will assist in securing catering services and provide our expertise on cuisine, menu development and service.

Our wedding design, planning and execution service offerings provide options for all couples from the planning bride extraordinaire to the hands off bride that wants to pass the baton and enjoy their day. Select the package that works best for you, complete our wedding intake form and schedule a consultation so we can beginning planning the wedding of your dreams.

STRESS FREE MONTH OF COORDINATION
Allow us to take care of executing the overall management of your big day. We begin 4-6 weeks from the day of the wedding and provide an initial consultation and planning session to gather the details to ensure a seamless transition. This includes vendor contacts and review of all contracts, development of the wedding day itinerary, coordination of all vendors, rehearsal coordination and execution, wedding day management of ceremony and reception (up to 12 hours) and more.

PARTIAL DESIGN, PLANNING AND EXECUTION
We will take over where you began so you can simply relax and allow us to manifest the wedding of your dreams. This package is for the couple that started the wedding planning and secured some of their vendors but now realize they want to truly enjoy their day and are seeking the assistance of professional expertise. We will assist in securing any remaining vendors, enhance theme and design elements, and complete all planning and design until your wedding day arrives. We will then continue with month of coordination tasks and wedding day execution.

Allow us to assume full responsibility of manifesting the wedding of your dreams. This package is for the couple that does not know where to begin in the wedding process or simply doesn’t have the time. We will take the time to learn about you and your vision and design your wedding from the save the date to the thank you card and all of the elements in between. This package includes full design, planning and execution until you depart your reception as Mr. and Mrs. We hope by the end of this journey we will not only be your wedding planners but family!
