OUR PROCESS
The date is set. The excitement is in the air. You have searched Pinterest and pinned all of your great ideas and now you are asking yourself what next? Don’t worry we can take over from here! Contact us for a complimentary consultation and we will take the time to get to know each other and determine if we are the perfect match to design, plan and/or cater your event. If it turns out we are not a match made in heaven rest assured we will make recommendations. If we are a fit, we will take all of your notes, pins and saved instagram posts and develop a menu with full decor to cater a memorable event. Following our consultation we will send you our design proposal with estimated pricing for your approval. If you select Amelia Irene we will then complete the contract and booking phase which includes a non-refundable deposit to secure your date and our services.
OUR COST
Amelia Irene is a boutique catering and event design company as such no two events are ever the same. We assume a limited number of engagements each year so that we are able to cater to our client’s finest details. Therefore, we do not have standard pricing because our services are not standard. Each event is priced according to your vision and proposal to ensure your needs are met. We are able to adjust all of our menus to accommodate your budget and dietary needs of your guests. We provide a guide for our menu options to provide an estimate of our catering services. We believe in farm to table and utilize local producers when possible for our produce and other essentials. When you utilize our services you are also supporting local farmers, food artisans and producers.

Chef Amelia Irene believes that whole foods create and sustains whole bodies. She wholeheartedly believes in her daily affirmation that her culinary gifts will bring vibrant life and healing to all who partake in it. It is our belief that you can eat yourself well without sacrificing flavor and our catering menus reflect whole organic cuisine that has been curated to delight the senses while enhancing your mind, body, and spirit. Food is at the center of every celebration. It is often why we gather and what we remember most. Our desire is to debunk the myth that plant based guests are limited to only pasta and tofu! We intend to merge fine plant based dining with exceptional event design and decor so that our clients do not have to sacrifice style or their health when planning a memorable affair. We are a whole foods vibe that we hope you are able to catch and we hope to serve you and your guests for generations to come!
